The hotel is a traditional hotel in great restored condition. We found the room lovely. Very clean, good choice of complementary tea and coffee and well stocked minibar although we enjoyed a drink in the lovely small English style private bar. Breakfast was from a full menu and our choice was very generous.

The hotel was very central so convenient for me. The staff were friendly. The restaurant staff were lovely and the food was very yummy. My room was great. The selection of teas and coffee was way better than most hotels. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in central Auckland.

The location is great in the heart of the CBD, and close by to restaurants, public transportation and Queen street. The room was also clean and very spacious, including a bathtub. It was a comfortable stay. Staff are also friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place, stayed 1 night with my husband for an event in the city. We were upgraded to a larger room and we were very comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious, the bath was just what we needed to soak our sore feet after a night of dancing! The atrium is super stylish, and the food is great.
