I liked everything about my stay here!
The bed was comfortable & I was especially pleased with my room , Karekare, which was light filled with 3 windows and a balcony.
A friendly home, clean and tidy, with good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Everything I needed and books to read and a balcony to take in the morning.
The cutest house with great views. Outside of downtown which I loved. Very affordable for what you get.
Note breakfast is available for you to make yourself- eggs, toast, cereal, coffee
For a homestay the property was in good condition. They offer a basic continental breakfast if you need a quick bite.
However, the noise from vehicles passing by the road especially at night was bothering.
I love how spacious & super clean the room & bathroom are. It’s so homie & cozy. It was my first time staying at a Airbnb Homestay accommodation because I normally stay at hotels. The view from the room, lounge & kitchen was great. I love how the sun shines through the house in the morning feels so welcoming. The beds were so comfortable & clean.
Our stay was perfect for what we wanted. Tina was super friendly and helpful; our room had a great view; the bed was comfortable; shower had great pressure.
A little hint to others - this is a beautiful old home, so you can hear others while in your room. Not enough to disturb sleep though, just enough to know you're not alone in the home. This also made it feel like a home, and not a hotel.
Thanks
Really enjoyed staying here. Awesome hosts and beautiful, cozy and welcome home. Very accommodating for our last minute changes. Would definitely stay here again.
Brilliant stay. Tina is an awesome host. The place itself is set up with attention to detail and customers comfort in mind. Oh, and a shout out to Finn the friendly cat
