Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again.

Nesuto Stadium, weekend stay

Nesuto Stadium was clean and comfortable and the rooms were spacious. A hotel loading zone in front of the hotel and parking around the corner made it a great option to take our vehicle to Auckland. Central and a couple of minutes walk to Spark Arena the hotel parking was very close with Countdown and plenty of bars, cafes and takeaways within walking distance. A great feature was the washing machine & dryer in the bathroom as our stay was 3 nights, 4 days (for 2 adults & 3 children). My apartment door was missing the peephole glass, there was just a small hole which we could look through into the apartment lounge. I wasn't too concerned (myself) but, half of the apartment doors we walked past had missing peephole glass. There weren't enough luggage carriers & only 2 elevators - 1 elevator wasn't working for 2 days of the 4 we stayed and there was a large weekend long conference at Spark Arena. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay & would definitely choose Nesuto Stadium again in the future.

The apartment itself was lovely, was spacious and I loved that there was a balcony off both rooms. The parking situation is very misleading and the only thing I was unhappy with. On the advertisement it said parking was included, however when we went to check in I found out that the free parking was in Britomart, where you leave your car overnight and have to walk around the block back to the apartment. You can park on site, however you must reserve this and pay $30 a night, which I was not aware was even an option. Good experience overall, however the parking situation was a real let down

Great location for a one night stay and reasonable price. We had 2 bedroom apartment, 2 adults and 2 children. Had included parking, but initially they wanted to charge me extra. We worked it out OK. The reception closed pretty early so it meant I had to be back there by 9pm to get into parking, which seemed restrictive. Good thing I had tired kids anyway. Comfort wise, the beds were fine. It had TV with lots of Sky channels, fridge, cooker etc we didnt use. However, there was no milk for teas and coffees, which may have been an oversight and no shampoo in the dispenser which was disappointing for morning showers! The decks were nice and all in all I would stay there again (if they remember to top up supplies)
