Staff is friendly and helpful. It's nice to have a washer and dryer in the room. It is like a small apartment with a small kitchen. Parking is not free, and parking space is tiny; you need to have a small subcompact car to fit into the parking space. If you have a mid-size or bigger car, you might not be able to open your door after you parked.

Great location esp for being near Spark Arena! Quick and easy walk into town central. Receptionist was lovely and helpful, the room itself was amazing and had everything you could possibly need! Would book again :)

The staff were great but the property is dated. Our shower was leaking, there was black hair dye on our mirror, you only got one pillow per person, towels were paper thin and there was no heat pump - just a tiny heater hidden away. The curtains were too short for the window and not attached at the end so you spent ages trying to close them, which you needed to do as the neighbouring property looks right in on you

Spacious. Good facilities. Comfy bed and pillows with 2 tvs. Lower level parking is a challenge and shocking wifi. We enjoyed the our stay. And everywhere is walkable

Very clean room, excellent front desk staff, very helpful. Appliances (dishwasher, washer and dryer and heaters) in room were all old and slightly broken. Curtains were not securely held on walls. Very convenient quiet location, despite few issues would stay again!

Awesome stay!!!

The service was amazing, we arrived in the pouring rain after 26h of travel and although we expected to just be able to stow our bags, they let us check in early which was massively appreciated. The gentleman in the morning was also very helpful and partially walked us to the train station! Awesome apartment, great staff would strongly recommend.
