The suite was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Auckland. The kitchen and in-unit laundry were great. We also had beautiful views of the harbour from our balcony. The suite was clean and AC/heating worked well. The only feedback I have is to improve the late check-in process. The front desk closes at 7pm so if you arrive any later, you'll need to speak with someone on the intercom to gain access to the building and parking, which was a bit difficult when you've just arrived with your luggages and vehicle.

Nice clean room in downtown near the famous Sky Tower. The staff was friendly and there are plenty of options to eat in the area. Our only issues were not having a pull out sofa so we had to pay extra for a rollout bed and they have a pretty early checkout time of 10am so we paid to extend that by two hours.
