The suite was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Auckland. The kitchen and in-unit laundry were great. We also had beautiful views of the harbour from our balcony. The suite was clean and AC/heating worked well. The only feedback I have is to improve the late check-in process. The front desk closes at 7pm so if you arrive any later, you'll need to speak with someone on the intercom to gain access to the building and parking, which was a bit difficult when you've just arrived with your luggages and vehicle.

スカイドライブっていう空港直結のバスが歩いて４分くらいのスカイタワーに着くんだけど近いのでタクシーやウーバーを使わなく済み立地も良好です。部屋はきれいです。

Located on Victoria Street, the hotel was perfectly placed for walking into the city and there were dozens of bars, restaurants and cafes immediately available as soon as you leave the foyer. Parking under the hotel was safe and easily accessible by lift. Rooms were clean and spacious with everything you need. WiFi was good and unusually allowed you to cast movies or TV from your phone to the hotel tv. Everything was clean and well maintained. A great spot for a base to explore Auckland.

The property is a short walk from Sky City and the shops. Keep in mind the hotel is located at the top of the hill, so the walk back feels longer than it is. The room was ideal if you are looking to make small meals; a washer/dryer is a great addition, and car parking is available. Would recommend

Bottennappen på Nya Zeeland. Rummet stämde inte med beskrivningen utan fönstret satt på ca 1,60 m höjd och vi kunde inte se ut. Personalen var oengagerad. De skickade vårt klagomål vidare först till hotels.com och sedan till management. Som trots påminnelse aldrig svarade. Trist att avsluta vår annars suveräna vistelse på Nya Zeeland med denna klart undermåliga upplevelse.

A lovely big room with great facilities bang in the Auckland CBD within easy reach of the harbour area. The overnight (underground) parking was extra at $55 but we thought it was well worth it for its convenience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of walkable drinking and dining options in all directions. Very good value as well. If you don't have a car, buses run from nearby right up to the airport and take about 40 mins.
