Room ok, faciities to heat a meal and decent sized fridge but only one chair so not udeal for family groups. Kids were very disappointed as both pool& spa pool out of order (peak summer season) Would have bern nice to be told at checkin rsther than discover at 0700 hrs when they excitedly put togs on and went exploring for rooftop (lvl 2 not 20) pool. Parking was very expensive.

Have stayed here numerous times in the past and have always enjoyed it. This time, no parking available, the pool was out of action, the restaurant and bar was closed until further notice. Not impressed. Will be our last time staying here.

The whole place is in need of maintenance and refurbishment. We booked specifically because there is a pool, only to be told on checking in, that the pool was out of action in mid summer! The description also said parking onsite is available, but we were told none was available and to park on the street! Toilet seat in the bathroom was totally loose and slipping around - but again we were told that nothing could be done until after the weekend when we had left. There is no restaurant or coffee shop in the Spencer any more and only take away meals available. Overall not the price we paid!

Clean room. Great kitchenette and balcony!!! Beautiful view of the city to see the fireworks for new years!! Only downfall was the pool was not working and had been drained and the bubbles in the hot tub didn’t work. Also, front desk was rarely staffed.
