Our stay was very gud friendly staff nice motel apart from the white blinds and ours were broken alot of light came in and just no plug in our hand basin in bathroom other than that very happy

Hotel itself is spartan but clean and quiet. Good bus and train service but a long way from downtown and tourist attractions. Discount mall nearby and shops for Indian and Muslim community. Not as safe after dark. Several bars just up the road with shouting and police sirens at night.

Ok for price, but no seating other than one stool. Plenty of room for a small sofa or lounge chair. TV didn't show local free-to-view channels. Generally clean but carpet on stairs filthy. Very comfortable bed

Even tough we arrived during the posted check-in times, no one was there and I had to call a number for assistance. This neighborhood was not the safest (the least safe feeling place throughout my 4-week trip). The parking lot dirty and very narrow, making parking difficult. The room was adequate and as advertised.

The room were not clean and different to the website. The couches were ripped, water on bathroom floor and ac was not working when I already advised I had asthma. The place is not suitable for kids as they have the bedrooms upstairs and lounge downstairs with bed so the bed are separated in different rooms which makes it hard for kids to sleep alone when travelling. The floor had dust and carpet stains when I spoke to the manager they said the room previously was storage room. It’s very upsetting considering it was new years and I had kids with me. We were planning to be there for 2 nights but ended up leaving as the first night we could not sleep because the ac was not working. I have still not received my refund which I expect in full.
