I had such a great time in the harbor view king room at this hotel! The whole staff was just fantastic—so friendly and welcoming. We arrived a bit early, but Tina went out of her way to make sure we got into our room so we could freshen up after a long trip and head out to explore. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

Everything went well BUT I LEFT A BAG THERE AND WE ARE ON A CRUISE SHIP THAT WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL TOMORROW DEC 15. I WILL BE THERE TOMORROW TO GET IT I HOPE. Great staff, fabulous breakfast, interesting Bar Albert on the 38 th floor.

the location is good, and the room is clean and comfort. However the shower water is very slow, we can't take the shower deeply. we very surprised that the hotel have guest laundry service, we never seen it beside Japan's hotel. We love this service very much.
