"Friendly owner but let managed by agent who dealt with any difficulties by frequent communication. The apartment has excellent laundry facilities for longer stays and overlooks a lovely garden tended by the owner. Comfortable bed with plenty of wardrobe spaces. Lots of hot water and a good shower. A steep drive to the entrance and a large garage. A very convenient position for buses or the beach the other way."

"Clean, comfortable apartment with all facilities. Close to the freeway, and to the Newmarket Shopping area. Welcoming owners who went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant, which it was. The Memorial park is 10 minutes away and is a must visit location whilst in the City. I would stay here again 100 percent."
