"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "Lovely spacious room with a great view. Unfortunately the air conditioning was going but not at all effective and for a couple of nights we had to open all the windows all night to stay cool. A ceiling fan would have been a better option than the aircon. Kitchen area very dated and not completely clean but usable. There was enough provided for a week long stay and the location was excellent so I would recommend this hotel as great value for money."

Or you can take bus L5 the hotel to or from the sanctuary. After 17 years we revisit Lourdes, France."
