"Beautiful property, lobby, hallways and spacious room that was well appointed. Front desk staff were helpful in guiding us where to park, dinner plans and exploring the town. We had a very nice and simple dinner and drinks in the restaurant. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel and a visit to Rouen."

"This hotel is very well situated in Dieppe. We had an Oceanview room which had a balcony. Great view. Very clean. Helpful staff, near restaurants, and museums. I have already recommended it to friends, and would stay there again."
B&B HOTEL ROUEN Centre

"The hotel is in the less historic part of town on the other side of the River Sienne, not very pretty and quite commercial, lots of fast food outlets and a thriving African community, some lively bars and pubs playing some great Afrobeat. The hotel looks over a huge shopping centre, however it’s also next to a large and very beautiful cathedral on the square, ask for a room on the top floor with a view of the church, spectacular as the sun was setting. The hotel is pretty basic but it is what it is, a bit tatty around the edges, could do with a few repairs, chipped and scuffed wood, lick of paint etc. But the main thing was that it was clean, the bed was big and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful and most importantly, it was cheap!"

"The hotel itself was fine- clean and spacious rooms, front desk staff that did the best with information that they could. My concern, which was reported to the manager twice, and in writing, was due to low or non- communication regarding the marathons which shut down the city in the area of the hotel, parking- which is practically non-existent. An email was sent out but it was an attachment for the marathon. Our party was taking day trips to EnFleur and Omaha Beach and did not have access to internet while on our vacation, other than the hotel WiFi. When we returned after our day trip and drive around trying to access the hotel with no success for up to 2 hours, We asked twice during our stay to speak to the manager, emails were sent to her which she ignored. This lack of professionalism and communication created stress- there should have been signage in the lobby regarding the ability to get back to the hotel - roads opened at 10:00 pm- and the marathon which closed down the area of this hotel the next days starting at 7:30 am- if you did not take your car out of the garage before that time, you could not use your car. This was VERY stressful. Was this lack of communication a corporate issue, or not? It is concerning to our party. We did want the parking to be refunded, but management ghosted us. I was told that there were always big events taking place in Rouen- that’s great if you live there. Not for tourists like me."
