Staff were excellent, a conference had just finished as we arrived and it would have been been easy to have overlooked new arrivals but the staff were excellent and ensured we were looked after well. The restaurant on site was good and offered reasonable food, bar had great selection and room enabled a good nights sleep comfortable bed.

Good Hotel but room a little small

Nice clean hotel. Only room was a little small, only 18 inches either side of the twin bed, and no mini bar. Bathroom and room very modern, staff friendly, breakfast very good, good parking, quiet location. Some 5km from town, we walked there and caught bus back, bus service good. Recommend nearby restaurant La Cantina, really good meal at reasonable prices.

Very welcoming staff, got an up graded room . Very clean and airy. Only negative is the restaurant as it is partnered with a outside caterer and food is just reheated and very small portions so not good value! Would stay there again !!

The staff were genuine and always wanted to help make our stay special. The accessible room was the bedt we have had in twenty years. Brilliantly subtle in the same style as other rooms. It felt luxurios and not at all adapted. Yet the key requirements were met with style

Good Hotel

A comfortable modern hotel with excellent staff and dog friendly. We were impressed by the helpful receptionist at check in who volunteered to carry our luggage from our car to our room. Our dog was welcome in both bar and restaurant. There was ample surface parking. Breakfast was good but we were not impressed by the food served when we ate dinner in the restaurant. It was just O.K. but did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel. On the whole this was a very nice hotel and we would happily stay again.

Friendly welcome and we were given an upgrade to an apartment, which was very comfortable.. Disappointed with the location and limited food offering at dinner for an out of town location. Air-conditioning was not on as mini heatwave not expected and the apartment was hot!. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection, including freshly made scrambled eggs/bacon,fruit salad and pastries/ cheeses. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Great short stop over

We had the ground floor apartment for a family of four, which was perfect for us. Enjoyed our spa experience and had a lovely evening meal. Plus there was service with a smile from the staff, so a great start to our holiday!
