"The hotel is ideally located directly across from Augsburg HBF station, making it extremely convenient for travel, with taxis, buses, and tram stops right outside the door. Overall, the hotel was very good. Although our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, we were offered a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The main reason for our high rating is down to Batu and Nils, who were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they clearly work very hard and are dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. They are truly a credit to the hotel and their employer.
