I would not recommend it to families or my group of ladies as the park right across the street, the sidewalk, & parking lot across from the apartment building is littered with homeless people & vehicles are parked everywhere with people living in them. Because of this, I would not return or recommend."

"This is a beautiful historic house. The two-bedroom apartment opens from the first floor front porch. Parking is at the rear of the house, ample space. Lovely neighborhood. The two bedrooms are on the second floor, up two sets of stairs. This might be a challenge for anyone with a heavy suitcase or physical limitations. Big, well lit bedrooms. Nice bathroom. Great kitchen. "
