"The beds were to hard and high. The staff was very unprofessional. I paid for my trip prior to my arrival and they were saying that I owed. I pull out my Expedia receipt and showed them, then they saud there was a cliched in the system. The rooms were not modernized. I stayed on the first floor and could literally hear people walking upstsirs in their room and they were stomping all night. Someone was blasting music all night. Totally unacceptable. Worst hotel stay."

"They were short staffed in the kitchen and bar.I was told that they only had 1 cook in the kitchen and she had been there since 4AM. The bar tender went to the kitchen to help the which left the bar shorthanded."
