"This is a gem very nicely kept"

"Really enjoyed our week at the cottage. The cottage was just as described, very clean and communication with our hosts was great. Spent a great deal of time on the porch, watching and listening to nature. Inside, enjoyed the recliners and the bed was extremely comfortable. I liked that the switches and drawers were labeled so there was no hunting for what we needed. The driveway is a little steep but we had no trouble without a 4 wheel drive. All in all, a great week!"

"The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The only con was the frame on the bunk bed sits on the floor and seems to be broken. Every time you move it creaks and being so low to the floor makes it hard to get out of the bed. Also one of the members of the group was surprised that there was not a TV. I had trouble getting in but the owner was very responsive and helped us get right in. Will definitely keep this in mind for future getaways."

"Property had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and we felt safe there."

"Property was clean and more spacious than expected. Nice quiet location just down the road from restaurants and river. Host was quick to respond to questions."

"Very clean, Good place to stay for a family group. Enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor seating"

"We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Springer House! It has so much history and character! The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The only downside was that the road and park out front were both closed and under construction. However, we loved the atmosphere, service, and food at Casa Del Rio just down the street. We spent the weekend visiting a few of Northern Kentucky’s wineries and distilleries, and it was nice to return to our cozy, quiet apartment in the evenings. Thank...
