Trotz seiner Lage in der Nähe eines kleinen Strandes war es ihm einfach nicht genug. Es wurde gereinigt, aber nicht gründlich (schmutzig, Haare zupfen in jedem Zimmer). Die Hälfte der Türen, sowohl innen als auch außen, schloss fast nicht und knarrte sehr stark. In einem Schlafzimmer gab es keinen richtigen (Kleider-)Schrank, nur ein Regal und ein kleines Bücherregal, das schmutzig war. In der Küche gab es keinen Wasserkocher oder ein normales Regal (obwohl wir wissen, dass dies in einem anderen Haus war, weil die Familie dort wohnte). Es gab wieder viel Geschirr und Besteck. Also alles in allem nicht schlecht, aber wir würden es auch keinem anderen empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus wurde uns als "freistehendes Ferienhaus" vermietet. Es ist aber nur eins von drei Appartements im selben Haus, die sich die Waschküche, den Garten und den Innenhof teilen. Darauf leider kein Hinweis bei Belvilla. Wenn ich die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer oder einem der Schafzimmer öffne, schaue ich direkt den anderen Mietern in die Fenster. Der Patio/Innenhof ist nicht nutzbar, um die anderen Gäste nicht zu belästigen. Hoffen Sie, dass Sie keine unruhigen Nachbarn bekommen, denn alles im Innenhof ist gut einsehbar und hörbar. Statt eines ruhigen Ferienhauses bekommt man hier ein sehr einsichtiges Appartement, dessen Vorhänge zum Innenhof man immer geschlossen halten muss. Belvilla bot mir eine Entschädigung von 10%, sehr schlechter Service. Das einzig Gute ist die Lage nahe am Meer.
