The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. "visiting my family and having my own hime base was so nice. the apartment isna cool experience of an old building revitalized the bed was a little soft for my liking but the rest was perfect for my needs. it was lovely to be able to look out to the water. "

"This property was a major disappointment. The photos are heavily edited and don’t reflect the reality—shaky toilets, torn blinds, uncomfortable beds, and a serious bug problem made the stay unpleasant. The stairs are steep and unsafe, and the home is hard to access. The water behind the house is stagnant and only adds to the mosquito issue. Not worth the high price—would not recommend."
