"This studio is very clean and is located in a neighborhood with access to anything you would want to do or see. The stairway and halls are not pristine, but studio is good. Neighbors were quiet and seldom seen during my stay. Excellent restaurant right across the street and grocery nearby. Wrigley Field is easy walk. Check in was confusing for me, but it worked out. "

"Great location, safe to walk, close to grocery, cafes and restaurants. Easy access to station. I was not aware that we were going to stay in basement floor. The information on site must be transparent and clear. Areas for improvement; 2 bunk beds, slippery steps. I fell down and hurt my arm. Kitchen utilities are very poor. Plastic plates, cookware are not healthy. Mini oven is to small to handle. We could not cook meal. You can hear the conversation and any other sounds from upstairs....
