There is enough around that you can get any place you want to go (meals, hikes, drinks, bookstore, etc) without too much trouble, but there's a canoe, crystal clear swimming water, books, and more at the cabin... so you don't really even need to bother going anywhere. 10/10 would stay again"

"Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...

"My husband and I stayed at the cabin in Sullivan for three nights and could not have asked for more. The proximity to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP. We took the kayaks out and enjoyed our books by the fire. The cabin is well stocked and we would stay here again. "
