"We had a wonderful stay here! The location right next to the river was beautiful and made for a scenic, relaxing experience. Our room was very clean, with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a spotless bathroom. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"House was dirty when we arrived, had spiderwebs throughout the common areas, dust and dirt on windows, food debris left in kitchen, and what appeared to be animal droppings in the kitchen drawers and on top of the refrigerator. The refrigerator was completely unplugged when we arrived. Not all windows were locked when we arrived. Microwave was broken and quickly replaced, but the new one was left on the porch in its box and we were required to unpack it, set it up, and remove the broken one, which was strange.We've rented property with these property managers before, and it was a much better experience. Not sure what went wrong here. They were quick to respond to texts. The house itself, other than the above, was comfortable and well-suited to our needs."

"If you want an experience like a cabin at Baxter State Park, but can't get a reservation, this is your place. Not for the hiking, but for the woods, remoteness, woodfires, sitting on the porch, Loons,reading a book,canoeing, sunsets, fresh air, escape."
