"Everything is perfect "

"Overall, the condition is good. The neighborhood at the back of the hotel is a little bit not nice but it is still safe. There are not many good restaurants around the area that are within walking distance. Need a rental car to travel around."

"Although the hotel advertised a pool, ut was closed, even though it was 82°. The eggs were obviously powdered but the coffee was good. I believe that i should've received some compensation from not being able to use the pool. I found long hairs that didn't belong to me behind the pillows and a weird, long, curly pubic hair in front of the toilet along with many cosmetic damages all over the bathroom. "

"Jeff was an awesome host to book with, we spent three nights on the property. We had plenty of room to spread out, the house is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the back patio grilling and lounging. P.S We loved the cold AC and great hot water. We are looking forward to another trip staying with Jeff. "

"My room was adequate but I could tell that deodorizer had been used to mask over odors and smoke. The paint jobs throughout were pretty marginal, you can tell that electrical outlet plates hadn't been removed to paint walls. Stuff like that gave it a cheap feeling. Breakfast was pretty good."

"Although the staff was great, the room was not what we expected. The wall had what seemed to be blood. The electric plug in was not working. The people who stayed in the room behind ours were arguing terribly loud, yelling and hard knocking on the door."
