"Front desk clerk was really nice and personalable. Parking wasn't ideal for those with mobility issues. And the island in the kitchen had trim pulled off and sticking out. Overall it was a good deal for the money and we’d stay again."

"Ok hotel. Lots of drugees and homeless people in the area. Make you feel lil uneasy. The room was ok. Shower faucet in tub was loose and leaking mold in corners of bathroom. Bed uncomfortable and pillows were folded in half inside pillow case. Horrible. Went down to get coffee and breakfast. Nothing available lots of stuff gone and not refilled."

"The issue was not so much about the property but about how expedia basically lied to me. We booked a week and after a day we felt like we wanted to be nearer to the hospital where our son was. The property was okay but was several miles away and not in the best neighborhood, so we chose a hotel across the street from the hospital. When I tried to cancel the reservation expedia kept telling me the property management was "not responding to them." I went to vist the property several days later and they indicated expedia had not contacted them. I updated expedia with this infromation, then expedia changed their story and said the proprty had responsed that we were still there and so we could not cancel. Lesson learned - don't use expedia. I don't like being lied too."

"This property was good value for what we paid. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a nice variety day to day. Our room was clean and the staff was very willing to help out in whatever way they needed. The pool area is basic but was well used during our stay. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay."

"We were assigned a dirty, foul smelling room with filthy carpeting and all 4 lampshades ripped looking like a frat party had just occurred. The smell was horrendous. We were reassigned to a better room but continued to be disappointed due to guest behavior. Loud talking in hallways with doors slamming throughout each night with upset and crying children. Coffee and breakfast were subpar to other recent LA Quinta stays in the west. Very disappointed."
