"The cabin was great! It was a little further from Acadia than we thought, but worked out fine for our short stay. We knew trash removal was our responsibility but struggled to find somewhere to take it. A local told us about stickers and that trash day was Thursday. Great getaway for a rustic experience. Basic and met our needs. We would come back again."

Comfortable beds are a must, Invest in some better bedding and this place would be a perfect 10. I would also suggest a queen sized bed for the downstairs bedroom. "I loved how quiet and isolated this property was! You could hear a pin drop when standing outside. There weren't even any birds to wake you in the morning. The wife and I stayed there for our anniversary week and enjoyed every minute of it. Week cooked in the nice little kitchen and grilled outside once.
