NOISE Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, you risk immediate eviction.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE Please be advised that there are properties currently under construction nearby. At this stage, daytime construction activity may impact your stay. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. Rest assured, evenings and nights are peaceful, and the Concierge can keep you updated on any changes.
ACCESSIBILITY Four bedrooms are located on the upper levels of the home. The fifth bedroom is located inside the container home, which is detached from the main house.
OCCUPANCY NOTICE This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

HOUSE RULES Optimizing Your Comfort with Mini-Splits
To ensure the best experience in the home, we encourage guests to use mini-split units efficiently. While these units provide excellent temperature control, we recommend only running the ones you are actively using rather than all nine simultaneously. This helps maintain energy efficiency and ensures optimal performance.
Mini-splits are not only an eco-friendly alternative to traditional HVAC systems, but they also offer a significant advantage: they don’t retain moisture, meaning they can’t develop mold—a common issue in Austin’s climate. This makes them a cleaner and healthier option for maintaining a comfortable indoor environment.
PETS Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
