ClubHouse on Castle Hill

This space is a delightful mix of beauty, comfort, and location. We keep an immaculate, cozy home perfectly nestled near the best Austin has to offer.

The apartment is a one bedroom / one bathroom. Plenty of large windows, outside deck, beautiful garden area, comfy bed (extra linens), and bathroom necessities (fresh towels and toiletries). Flat screen HD TV with Netflix and Apple TV. Includes internet/wifi.

Walkable to many restaurants (ACL Steaks, The Tavern, Word of Mouth Bakery, 40 North Pizza, Cipollina, Galaxy Cafe, Josephine House, Jeffery's), Cafe Medici (coffee lover's heaven), Nau's Pharmacy, as well as neighborhood parks and pools. Also close to 6th Street (for bar hoppers), 2nd Street (for shoppers), the Warehouse District (for food-o-philes), Whole Foods (their flagship store) and our beloved BookPeople (for bookworms).

Kitchenette (small refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, French press).

Not for guests who want to party. No parties or excessive noise; No loud noise after 9pm weekdays and 10pm weekends (residential area). Please be mindful as there is an apartment below you and that loud sounds can easily disturb guest(s) downstairs and/or neighbors. Thank you for your consideration.

Early check-in: Generally guest(s) check-out and then we need several hours to sparkle and clean the apartment. You can check-in early after 11:30am, as long as you know that the space will probably not yet be clean.

Late check-out: If no guest(s) are checking in the day you leave, then you can have a late check-out. Otherwise, we will need to start cleaning the space to be ready for the next guest(s).

Bag drop: You are always welcomed to drop you bags off early or leave them to pick up later in the day (if so contact us beforehand so that we can make arrangements).

Parking: Unfortunately there's no dedicated parking space. The only parking is on the street (free), but usually there is plenty of space and it has not been a problem. If you have any problem just let us know.

Although we recommend renting a car, here are other ways of getting around:
• Lyft, Uber and Taxis.
• Austin B-cycle (bike sharing).
• Car2go (membership required).
• CapMetro (Austin's public transportation is not that great).
