It’s a beautiful place, but a lot of the rooms are quite dusty. Our soap dispenser fell off the wall while My Daughter was taking a shower and her head her foot. The food dining area for breakfast with the meat to order. Breakfast did not have enough tables and the food was not that great to be honest. however, that being said the staff was amazing.

We only stayed one night. We only got to enjoy the breakfast and it was very good. The property overall looked good but once in our room 417 and getting ready to go to bed., I looked down and saw dried spots of blood on the top of the bed skirt. That was pretty horrible. The room looked pretty worn. Probably won't return to this Embassy Suite Stonelake Austin. Total renovation of rooms would help.

The hotel is dated but classic Embassy Suites. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The trademark breakfast is a valuable amenity—staff was working diligently to keep stocked and clean: I was impressed given how busy it was Saturday morning. It was a great value for the price we paid! The only negative other than needing to be updated is that they charge $17 per night for parking.

17 dollars a day to park outside, that was free last time we were there, is a bit much to get used to. I like the location and the hotel. Mattress was decent. Size of room was good.

Breakfast is always good at embassy. I got the premium suite at embassy I had to ask for the premium benefits as there were none in the room although they did let me check in early I will leave that to oversight. But the internet was out the whole stay and the gym was out of order. It did the job I needed for a restful night sleep. But other than that if I was to stay more then one day I would have cancelled and went somewhere else.

The shower did not really work, it kept spraying water out of the shower. The ac was loud but was working well. They put me next to the ice machine and cleaning section as far away from the elevators in an empty hotel. The hot tub jets did not work and the pool was freezing but that is probably more of a me thing. The staff was absolutely amazing.
