The Space:

In the evening, you can stretch out on the sofa sleeper, sip a drink on the patio, and let the gentle hum of the neighborhood lull you into a quiet night. The open‑concept layout invites you to gather, work, or unwind with equal ease, while the private entrance and smart‑lock self check‑in give you the freedom to come and go on your schedule.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four bedrooms provide flexible rest zones for up to eleven guests. Three rooms each hold a queen‑size bed with fresh linens, hangers, and storage. The fourth bedroom features a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, ideal for remote work or a quieter retreat. A queen‑size sofa sleeper in the living area adds an extra bed, and a queen air mattress can be set up if needed. Room‑darkening shades help ensure restful nights.



Outdoor Living

Step onto the patio for a breath of fresh air, then wander to the shared backyard where a heated pool and hot tub are open year‑round from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Pool toys and a water slide add playful fun, while the hot tub offers a soothing soak after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen & Dining

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
