  • Big groups welcome! Will fit 10 10 comfortably

    3+ bed house with 3 FULL bathrooms and enclosed sleeping alcove (see photos). All bedroom upstairs.
    Brand new hardwood wood floors. Backyard seating for 10. Brand new deck
    New smoke BBQ
    Authentic mid-century mod furniture.
    Very quiet street- great for sleeping.
    Baby/family friendly upon request (see below).

    PARTIAL KITCHEN! NO OVEN YES STOVE!

    BEDS for 10, with additional space on air mattresses and sleeper couch.
    - 2 queen
    - 4 twins (2 daybeds with roll out trundles)
    - 2 hotel type rollaway cots
    - 3 air mattresses (2 queen and 1 twin)
    - sleeper couch that folds out to lay flat, which can fit 1-2 people. Like a futon but a real couch that lays completely flat with a thick mattress.

    20 min from downtown; 15 minutes from SoCo area. Ample parking.
    5 min drive to supermarkets, drugstores, parks.
    5 min walk to SWSX bus
    Weights and Yoga mats (10lbs, 15lbs)

    Large washer + dryer
    2 irons, ironing boards etc.
    ****BABY/Toddler FRIENDLY!***
    High chair and pack -n- play available. Baby monitor as well upon request (it is not left out).
    Board books, games, baby/toddler utensils and even a play kitchen is available with notice.
