The place was spotless. Mike was very accommodating and flexible. We appreciated that he checked on our needs and responded right away when we needed anything or asked a question. Hehelped us right away when we realized we left something behind in the house, and got immediately in touch with his cleaning service so we could easily retrieve it and not be late for our flight. Great place for the family!

We stayed here for a family weekend getaway, and it was a great home away from home. Everything was very clean, and the host was great with communication. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the rooms have fans, which is a big plus for me!! I'm so glad we opted for this instead of a hotel!

A great place to use as home base for travels around the Austin area. It’s clean and the beds are super comfortable. Mike, the host, was easy to contact and he was quick to respond.

Great place

This place was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and it was close to the concert venue with plenty of food options close by. Mike was great and constantly checking with us to see if we needed anything but made sure to give us plenty of privacy. We even got into town a little early and he was happy to accommodate letting us check in. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, reasonably priced house, short drive to downtown.

Unit was very clean. Communication with Mike was great - he is very responsive to any questions or needs. House is just 10 minutes to Lady Bird Lake, and just 20 minutes to the center of downtown. Beds were comfortable. Full size fridge, plus a microwave. Large TVs in every room, with Netflix. Driveway parking. We enjoyed our family weekend in Austin.

A repeat stay.

The house was a perfect location for airport travel and any other travel downtown. The house was super clean and comfortable with all the necessities. An unforeseen random plumbing event happened during the stay and the host had it taken care of super quick and kept us updated. Mike is the best host from all my rental stays. My very picky friend said this is our first pick when choosing places to stay in Austin and that says a lot.

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The place was clean, comfortable, and the pool was such an amazing bonus—it made our stay feel extra special.
