While the overall cleanliness was good and the staff were very friendly & helpful, I was disapointed that the hot tub was broken and the bar was closed which is weird for a weekend. Also, it was advertised as breakfast included which was not the case.
Excellent front desk staff.
Room was properly cleaned and organized, excellent housekeeping staff. Grounds well trimmed and pool nice and clean.
Cons: Restroom exhaust fan not working fan packed with dirt. Sink faucet needed to be greased.
Shower handle loose and shower water spout diverter hardly stop water rise. Lots of water being wasted.
Rooms are clean and property is very clean and the restaurant offered great service and food the only thing that was not good is the receptionist in obtaining house keeping service for our room she was not helpful when I asked for room service she just told me they will get there when they get there I found it very rude and room service came too late so I never got a housekeeper to clean my room

The staff was very courteous and helpful- the two casita rooms worked great for our family
Rooms were clean and spacious. The counter tops were huge and made getting ready very easy. Shower handle was broken but workable. Ice machine and vending machine were easily accessible.

The breakfast restaurant in this hotel dropped the ball. The food was undercooked and my French toast was so soggy that it was mush. I know this restaurant is sub contracted, but someone needs to get better cooks! Very disappointed.
Front check in staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the free shuttle to and from the airport.
I found the hallway carpet on the fourth floor very dirty. Carpet needed a good cleaning. My room was clean and comfortable.
