The rooms were clean. Property is a bit dated, scratched walls, weird scratches on mirrors, beds are a bit uncomfortable, flat pillows. Staff was friendly upon arrival. Ice machines did not work and there aren’t any vending machines for water when you’re thirsty in the middle of the night.

Stayed for 3 nights for ACL Wknd 2. Room well maintained. Shower unloaded water like a firehose. Stayed on the 5th floor facing IH35 so the view of the city was top-notch. One star subtracted for 2 reasons: • Staff from night before falsely mentioned 1pm checkout was complimentary. Paid $30 for 1pm checkout (cheap, but Experian wanted me to pay ~$40 per night for a 1pm late checkout. Otherwise, checkout was at 12pm, which is significantly better than the typical checkout time. • Didn’t need it, but the bar and jacuzzi were closed. Slightly false advertisement but not a big deal to me.

The room and bath room was very clean, also check in /out online very convenient. What I didn’t like is that the carpet in hall was nasty super dirty, phone in bedroom didn’t work, ac extremely loud and when my husband went to the front desk to ask for an additional towel they sent him floor to floor looking for a cleaning lady and even then they told him that they didn’t have any so they had to go to the laundry room and never offer to take it to our room.
