"This property is in great need of upgrades. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled terribly of smoke: So much so that our clothing also smelled. There was no flooring in the hallways, and the shared spaces were very dirty. The room had hair everywhere, a filthy bathroom, and very few amenities. The breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced with Coolaid being the only drink option. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this place for my extended family. I could go on and on about how disappointed we were. Hoping they can take the time to make the needed efforts to improve this lodging experience."

"The room was clean but had a weird smell! Like dog possibly. I know pets are allowed to stay there which is very nice to have but they should definitely have different rooms for people that don’t have pets. That’s the last thing you want to smell. Room otherwise was clean. They could definitely have better comforters for the bed. Very thin. You could tell that the pool had a ton of chlorine in it. Probably too much. Extremely strong. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice."

"I made my reservation in advance, know I would be passing through on my way home. When we arrived at the property the parking was decently lit and clean. The staff that greeted me was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. She even gave me a treat for my dog. We rode the elevator to the 3rd floor and found our room decently clean. The floor was a little disheveled, it was obvious they were working on updates (paint, carpet, etc...). Our room was decent size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was hot and had decent water pressure. It was mostly quiet. My only real complaint is that we noticed a smell of cigarettes upon entering our room and we occasionally caught a wif of pot. The property says that the rooms are non smoking, so I don't know why it had the smell. We slept well (12 yr old son, dog, and I) and check out was a cinch. We would return if life brought us in that direction. I am sure it will be lovely when the updates are complete. Overall it was a positive experience."
