"Appartement un peu éloigné de la station, dans un immeuble vieillissant aux parties communes peu entretenues. Malgré la situation sud, la pièce principale est très sombre, même par très beau temps, le soleil n’entre pas par le minuscule balcon en retrait, il faut la lumière à tout moment de la journée. Ménage très superficiel, l’aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas, des alèses pas très propres, écoulement de douche encombré de cheveux, mauvaise odeur dans les wc et le placard dans lequel est enfermé...

"Spacieux et bien situé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Mauvaise isolation phonique, la chambre du deuxième étage est ouverte, on entend les bruits de l'appartement. Les deux canapé lit du premier étage ne sont pas confortables. Il faudrait les changer ou bien rajouter pour chacun d'eux un surmatelas pour en améliorer le confort."
