"I appreciated the quick responses from the host. The apartment is ideal for one or two people. It was in a very convenient location. Close to vieux Lyon, Parc Tete d'or and the cathedrals. There were a couple of small grocery stores within a couple of blocks. I stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and walked everywhere including back and forth from the Lyon Part Dieu train station. "The good: comfortable bed, nice kitchen The bad: horrible location up 145 steps. VERY small bedroom and bathroom. Heavy drapes on windows...if you open them there is no privacy as kids from nearby school go up and down the stairs, if you leave them closed you feel like you are living in a cave.
