There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

This was a great hotel and we enjoyed it very much and would go back again. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our French trip and we had some very good meals.

The hotel more than met our expectations. Our family of 4 stayed in the room on the 4th floor and it had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location with easy walking access to all major touristic sites, cafes, and restaurants. Highly recommend getting a superior room with the River view. We had a very pleasant stay & enjoyed talking to friendly & helpful staff. It’s also close to the St Paul Train station. Note: If you drive, parking is around 33+ euros/day & it’s a 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. For US travelers, pls be advised there’s no standing shower, though, there’s a shower...

Clean, spacious room right in the heart of the old city - easy to get to on the bus and walking distance from a lot of great restaurants, historical sites and museums. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - A

Had some issues to get into the property with the code, but once we got in, the room was amazing! Too bad they don’t have whatsapp to solve the issue, had to do it through email. Didn’t get the breakfast because the guy had an accident, they told me they will be reimbursing that charge, we’ll see. Besides that, everything was great!

Great location and an excellent value. Guests expect reasonable TV coverage. In this instance reception was scrambled and was entirely French coverage. Some international coverage (CNN, BBC) and English language coverage for a sophisticated and cosmopolitan city such as Lyon is needed and a technical upgrade of TV service is needed.

Pullman in Lyon was ideal as were were leaving by train the next day. Turned out not just convenient, it was an excellent hotel for many other great reasons! Very hospitable and highly recommended.

Convenient location just above the old part of Lyon. Spacious and very comfortable bedrooms. Multiple food options and amazing breakfast buffet.

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff and a great breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly because of location and it has parking, but the whole experience has been great. The person at the front desk was so helpful in recommending a restaurant on a Sunday evening too. We have travelled the world and this is one of our favorites overall.

Clean room, great staff. The only issue is our room was a different part of the building and required me to carry the suitcases across the stairs.

Location,staff ,food !!!!!! Service was amazing . Staff super helpful. Can't have a better area to be in. Room was great with wonder amenities and housekeeping services. Would go back in a heart beat and just a general over all comment... what a great city
