"Le cottage de Darren est absolument adorable, un véritable havre de paix. Le jardin à l’avant du cottage est adorable ( nous avons eu la chance de venir au printemps et de profiter du fleurissement -et un écureuil est même venu nous rendre visite). Tout est cosy et confortable. La cuisine très bien équipée avec un large choix d’épices. La chambre est charmante avec une literie très confortable et cocoon. Darren a fourni des indications très claires et complètes pour notre arrivée. Tout était parfait. Merci."

"Booking and communication with Zoe was excellent. On arrival at The Barn, we were blown away by the attention to detail, each bedroom had robes, flip flops, towels for the pool as well as fluffy bath towels for our en-suite’s, plus chocolate! The standard of the barn was excellent with everything need in the kitchen. Shortly after arrival a member of staff popped in to see if we were ok. Sorry couldn’t remember her name! Grounds were perfect, spa amazing, garden furniture was used as we had glorious weather! If there were a few very minor points, a coffee machine would be lovely and outside light by the BBQ….,, other than that everything was perfect!!!"

"We stayed here at the end of April for my sister in laws hen celebration. This house did not disappoint! It was better than we ever expected. The minute we drove down the drive and approached the house we were blown away! It is Surrounded by beautiful quiet country side, Great location. The house was very big and spacious, plenty of room for us 14 ladies. The grounds are gorgeous, bedrooms beautifully decorated and comfy & we loved all the hidden gems and old features that made the house unique. Everybody we have dealt with over email, phone have been incredibly helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Response times were always prompt. Excellent customer service. All in all I won’t hesitate in recommending lower hedge farm in future it was truly memorable & exactly what we needed for our girly weekend. Thank you so much."

"As a family with a child with special needs and noise sensitivity, this accommodation was perfect for us. The access to the pool privately and hot tub was amazing. The well thought design of the place with lovely views of the sky in most rooms made it a very relaxing stay. Kitchen well equipped and location was handy to make several day trips within less than an hour. I would recommend to others looking to explore Somerset. Any issues were handled well by the team. We even messed up our shop order by sending to the wrong address and the owner kindly met us half way with our shop on a bank holiday! Only top tip is bring a bottle topper with you if you are a fan of fizzy drinks but not likely to drink a whole bottle in a day. Consideration - The double bed was quite low in the main room so for older guests that may be a bit of a challenge."
