"AMAZING views of the morning balloons from the terraces! Room was clean and tidy and the staff were incredibly helpful with organising tours, transport as well as recommendations for food! Will definitely stay again when I visit"
"The hotel caters for big tourist buses and behind the glamourous entrance there is little attention to details and customer care. I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby...

This is a hotel converted from a historical stone house which belonged to the owners for the last almost 300 years. Conversion was done flawlessly. The hotel is a family run business. "Guest services was exceptionally great! They were a wonderful hotel and I would love to visit them again. They help you get the most out of your stay while enjoying everything it has. It was a great experience but I don’t see an excuse for them not to upgrade their furniture. Hopefully on our next visit we will see better furniture. But that won’t stop me from visiting again. "

"This hotel is totally worth it. It’s absolutely STUNNING and truly the best place to stay in Cappadocia because of its roof top terrace views at sunrise, sunset, and all times in between. It’s beautiful here. The details of the entire hotel and the grounds are immaculate. Detailed decor everywhere. So picturesque and artistic. The pool has a beautiful view even. In addition to that, the food is GREAT. The main restaurant is wonderful. We loved the live music Saturday and wish they had that more often. "
