We really enjoyed our long stay here. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. George at the reception was extremely helpful and made us feel most welcomed!

Comemoramos aniversário de casamento lá, muito bom, fim de semana perfeito. Um condomínio de hoteis bem bacana, só percebi alguns "descuidados", locais abandonados que poderiam ser reestruturados, piscinas menos usadas com cadeiras e esteiras com teias de aranhas, piscinas abrem as 10 (normalmente se toma sol antes das 10???) e Internet nota zero. Mas gostamos e recomendamos todo os restante!!!

Fui na recepção duas vezes a noite para pedir a senha do Wi fi e não tinha nenhum atendende. Televisão não funcionava. De manhã achei duas aranhas pequenas no meu lençol. Cadeira para fazer home office bem desconfortável.

Falta de manutenção !!

Já me hospedei outras vezes , fazia algum tempo que não me hospedava no vila doce , achei que está faltando uma boa manutenção, pisos , azulejos, bancada bem danificadas , sem contar a fazendinha e os brinquedos que o hotel oferece, antigamente tinha muitas opções , agora não tem praticamente mais nada . Acredito que tudo vem se desgastando porém não está sendo reposto.

Bonito porém sem manutenção

O hotel de maneira geral é super bonito, com decoração de bom gosto, causando uma impressão ótima na chegada. Entretanto, a falta de manutenção e escassez de funcionários deixam claro que o local está sem investimentos e cuidados essenciais. As paredes externas estão emboloradas, as bordas da piscina aquecida estão encardidas, sem contar que nesse local existem buracos nas paredes. As hidromassagens não funcionam. Bom custo-benefício mas poderiam melhorar!

Comemoração

Fomos passar o domingo, dia de meu aniversario nesse hotel que é muito gostoso, aconchegante, limpíssimo, super agradavel com seus jardins, arvoredo. Um lugar muito calmo pra se curtir. Só as escadinhas das piscinas são muito baixas. Minha esposa não entrou com medo de cair e lor ter que se abaixar muito pra segura-las. Mas medmo assim valeu muito a pena ficar lá.
