My keys to my room didn't work so someone in my party had to maintain in the room which put a damper on our vacation but since we prepaid for 2 days we didn't want to loose out on 170$ then to.make matters worse the next morning we wake up to find the ceiling started leaking all over my belongings and after complaining to the front desk I then got kicked out and when trying to get a refund got denied and lied on saying we smoked in the room when I traveled with my husband...
