No bars in the bathtub showers. Otherwise, the room was great and large. Furniture comfortable. Able to check in early. Water park free admission was great for all travelers. The only problem we encountered was the Fireside Restaurant. Service extremely slow. Food was delicious. Will definitely go back!!

We absolutely loved the hotel. We took a short family trip, and my daughters had a wonderful time. Although the weather wasn’t great, we really enjoyed the indoor pools. We highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this stay with my kiddos. The rooms were well-laid out, spacious, and clean. The indoor waterpark was awesome, and we loved getting a break from the heat. There was plenty to do, with really cool theming, so we didn’t need to leave the resort the entire time we were there. Already planning our return!

Enjoyed our stay and all the amenities at Great Wolf Water Park Hotel, the grizzly suite was perfect for Four adults and a child. The room was well maintained and comfortable! The water slides , pools and kids activities made it a fun day ! While you don’t have to leave the facility for food it was pricey and fair in quality , strange having to scan your cup for soda barely get enough to fill the cup in 6 seconds . Overall excellent stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for families with kids. Everything was great from the moment we arrived. Our kids absolutely loved the gaming room and the interactive Magic Swan game throughout the lobby and play areas it kept them entertained for hours. We also rented the cabanas for two days in a row, and they were a great way to relax and enjoy the pool. The only downside was on the second day when the female server took over 30 minutes to come after we called to order food. I eventually had to go find her myself just to place our order. Aside from that experience, the service and overall stay were excellent. The only other things we noticed were that there was no gym on the property and no safe in the room, which would have been nice amenities to have. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel for families. The amenities, activities, and atmosphere made it a memorable vacation, and we highly recommend it.

The shower filled up with water after running for 2 minutes so if you aren’t the first one to shower you are standing in ankle deep water showering. You won’t get any sauce with your food when you order outside, the sauces will be empty and the staff doesn’t care. You are lucky to get your drink cause you have to scan a bar code and only have 25 seconds to fill up your drink, if someone’s in front of you or the drink doesn’t work, you won’t have a drink and you won’t get one cause 10 people were in front of me complaining and I didn’t even get a chance to. I’m not one to normally complain but we took the kids here for our family summer trip and I much rather spend the money else where next summer.

This hotel is the perfect place for families with children! Everything is designed to make kids feel happy, entertained, and comfortable, while parents can truly relax and enjoy their vacation. It is a wonderful, family-friendly environment with plenty of activities and spaces for children. I absolutely do not regret choosing this hotel—it was one of the best decisions we made. If you are looking for a vacation focused on your children and creating unforgettable family memories, this is definitely the place to stay. We had an amazing experience and would gladly come back!
