The staff were amazing with the cleanliness of the hotel. It was super packed most of the time we were there yet we always saw the workers taking out the trash, making sure the bathroom floors were dry in the water park, restocking dry towels. Rooms were exceptionally clean, housekeeping made their rounds everyday!

This hotel is amazing!!!! It feels you are in a fairy tail story or even Disney. A lot of activities for kids. Everything easy and without any error. The food was just good compared with the average waterpark resorts and many different options. I definitely recommend this one. I will be back this summer
