"We wanted somewhere different to stay during our vacation to Miami so we picked this boat. We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. We got a lengthy legal document to sign the night before arriving, we looked it over and signed it at the last minute.
