"Exactly as described on the listing, very peaceful and just what I was looking for. Definitely will try to return in the summer for that view over the lake. The host was awesome and accommodated my last minute request to stay an additional day with no problem. The only downfalls for me were, the limited use of the area behind the house because of the snow, which is normal but not ideal if travelling with a dog and that the parking area is on the shoulder of the road, I almost missed it, other than that it was great!"

"Comfortable and quaint place with a nice view of the lake. Cottage was comfortable, clean and has well stocked kitchen(dinnerware, pots, pans, etc..). Bedrooms are a fair size. There is a third smaller room that is currently setup as an office, so if travelling with 2 kids(like we were) we would have brought an air mattress in order for the kids to have separate rooms for them to sleep in. Great stay!"

"It was a great last minute location that accomodated my whole group of 15! The space was beautiful and right by the lake which added to some of my friend's experiences who have never been to a chalet before. We were really happy with the cleanliness and the price. "This was our second time at Chalet Le Beaunord, and we totally loved it here. The house is super clean, has a large terrace overseeing the beautiful lake, brand new and fully equipped kitchen. The lake is perfect for swimming with deep clean water and no annoying vegetation. We had such a great time over there!"

"As two couple and a dog, we had a lovely 3-night stay at this chalet! The lake is absolutely gorgeous - calm, clean, and perfect for swimming. The chalet itself was clean, cute, nicely designed, and equipped with everything we needed - from a spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure, to a grill, to a large deck for birdwatching and dining outside. Elisabeth was also incredibly communicative throughout our stay, and even supplied us with extra beach towels immediately after we requested them. Two small notes for future guests: the ground floor bedroom got a bit warm since the window didn't open. Also, the walk from the chalet to the dock involved a very steep, wooded path, which might be difficult for some. The walk to the beach, while beautiful, was also a little bit longer than we had anticipated. That said, we would absolutely return to enjoy the stunning lake and peaceful lodging in the future.
