"A beautiful and elegant house obviously much loved by owners. There are large rooms with high ceilings and good air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. It's in a great location for walking into the walled city and also convenient to the train station. There are good bakeries and a grocery within easy walking distance. The kitchen has been redone to modern standards, so it's great for breakfast and meals if you don't want to eat out. When we arrived, we had some issues caused by previous renters....

"We had a delightful visit to Avignon, using all three apartments offered by this host. The apartments were spread across four floors and provided plenty of room for my family to spread out. As the listing states, it is eclectically decorated with lots of odds and ends all over. We could never locate the laundry machine, but there was a great laundromat nearby. The location was superb for exploring Avignon."

"The owners were lovely but this place was difficult to find (Google maps was as confused as we were), literally difficult to get to (1 lane roads and turns too sharp for our rent car), and there was a language barrier with our owners since our French is not very good and they did not speak English. The apartment does not have a washing machine, as we had thought, and no air conditioning in very hot July made for tough sleeping. It also did not come with enough soap or toilet paper. But it was...

"Very comfortable home for a family in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. Very accommodating hosts; due to Eurotunnel delays we arrived much later than planned and they made sure we were greeted without any delays. We highly recommend this property."

"Beautifully renovated property in quiet cul-de-sac. 15 minutes walk to the old town. Free parking with surveillance nearby. Air Conditioning was great, as was the fully equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms. Fast wifi. Beds were comfortable in all 3 bedrooms. Great communication from Sebastian and William was there to greet us and walk through the house and surrounds. Our experience was A+ !"

"Welcoming, clean and ideally situated. Owner provided great info in advance about groceries, restaurants, etc that are all were within easy walking distance. Parking (just outside old city wall) for car was convenient just a 5 min walk from townhouse . No need for car within walls, could walk to everything! Loved the outdoor space and hot tub. Super to have this extra living area. A wonderful stay, thank you Marine!"
