"L'accueil au départ est un petit peu froid , l'enregistrement à ete assez rapide le monsieur à l'accueil m'a accompagnée jusqu'à ma chambre jusqu'ici très bien. J'ai été déçu car j'avais réserver une chambre confort avec un balcon et un grand lit. J'ai eu une chambre au rez de chaussée et Avec 2 lits collée. A savoir pour le même prix jaurais prix une chambre avec petit déjeuner inclus. Le sèche cheveux été casser, levier impossible de le deboucher casser aussi,pas de shampoing ni de gel...

"Our room was gorgeous and spacious. The bathroom was very spacious as well. We enjoyed the reservations made by the staff. The bell staff was friendly and very helpful overall. The valet parking was extremely helpful given the location. We enjoyed the experience overall including breakfast and the bar. We appreciated the AC given the heat wave at the time. We would definitely recommend this hotel given the fantastic hospitality and location."

"7 min easy driving to the Avignon city center. Provided plenty of parking spot. The property is clean, luminous with relaxed atmosphere. Receptionist was very friendly. The room was crispy clean, nice bedding. AC worked really well. Only minus point was a room layout. We stayed in Classic room with 2 twin beds. The shower room section was not completely divided (toilet was separated). Only with a curtain. So that the sound and light bother someone stays in bed. Also the steam goes to the bed section. Even though we liked our stay here. Definitely we come back if we're here."

"The room was really small, but that’s more of a Europe thing than a specific thing. The staff were amazing! Super kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. The location is fantastic. As with many hotels we’ve seen so far, this one seems to be fit into an older building so it’s not like a new Holiday Inn in any town in the US, but it’s a fantastic place to stay in Avignon. Did I mention the staff was fantastic? You couldn’t ask for nicer people."

"If you are traveling to Avignon check out this hotel. It is located at an ideal location within the central part of the city and is close to many restaurants and shops. We were greeted warmly by the staff. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready but we were able to check our luggage and begin enjoying the town. The room was a very nice size with large windows that let in a lot of sun and provided a great view. The bed was very comfortable and the shower refreshing. Thank you for a very nice stay! One recommendation: add some shelving in the bathroom so there is a place to store toiletries."
