"L'accueil au départ est un petit peu froid , l'enregistrement à ete assez rapide le monsieur à l'accueil m'a accompagnée jusqu'à ma chambre jusqu'ici très bien. J'ai été déçu car j'avais réserver une chambre confort avec un balcon et un grand lit. J'ai eu une chambre au rez de chaussée et Avec 2 lits collée. A savoir pour le même prix jaurais prix une chambre avec petit déjeuner inclus. Le sèche cheveux été casser, levier impossible de le deboucher casser aussi,pas de shampoing ni de gel...

"From the front desk gentleman who helped us with our rental car, to check in and hotel staff, helpful and very attentive The facility is gorgeous and our room was lovely and the hotel staff was wonderful and professional. I do have some criticism (with the high rating of the hotel) about the kitchen and bar wait staff at the cafe (lunch) and (breakfast). Some seemed inexperienced and didn't know entirely how to service a room of patrons. I think the restaurant, breakfast and bar could use a "captain" to give the young staff some training on how to service guests while emphasizing details. we did not eat dinner in the formal dining room which seemed to have pro staff. I observed guests not happy while we ate breakfast and a bit frustrated. We asked repeatedly for coffee and other items. While the staff seemed quite busy re-filling up the buffet, some be sent to turn their attention at times on the guests, and better prioritized and that may just be training, circling back and seeing what guests may need. Some guests were forgotten in the outdoor section and came in twice to remind. Other guests were left trying to flag down the staff and remind them they had ordered something. The one young girl at lunch out side stacked all the dirty dishes on our table twice while clearing the food and generally seemed to lack confidence on how to serve the lunch and wine properly. But, we loved the hotel and this can be easily fixed- we will return. thank you"

"El hotel muy bien ubicado y limpio lo que no me gustó fue la Bañera de la ducha muy insegura lisas sin agarraderas en general muy insegura El aire acondicionado no funciona o lo apagarán por la fecha pero deben tener en cuenta que no todos los huéspedes tenemos la misma necesidad en temperatura así q debe ser controlado por cada huésped El calor fue terrible"

"I last stayed here over 10 years ago and I thought it good then but now it is even better. In those 10 years my command of the French language has declined but the receptionists speak perfect English. I had asked for a balcony and wanted one in the sun but what I got was a brilliant terrace with sun all day. There is also a terrace that all guests can use from 10am until 8pm, also in the sun. The studio was spotlessly clean with adequate utensils, saucepan and frying pan as well as hobs a microwave and a fridge that works really well, even the small freezer at the top. In my opinion this is a rarity. I travelled alone so I often cooked for myself so this was important I took cleaning cloths and a kitchen towel with me but needn't have as all that is provided. There is a TV but understandably the channels are in French apart from the BBC news channel. I slept well but did find the mattress a bit hard for me but then they can't cater for every person's taste. The supermarket is just next door and I found it inexpensive. Crossing the road and going through the ramparts it is a fairly short walk to the centre but much to enjoy on the way."

"My room was fine, I did like the historical feel to the hotel and facilities. My room did have a bad odour which I believe was coming from the drains. Location was great, girl at reception was very nice, polite and helpful. We didn't eat there but the menu looked good and plenty options."
