Modern Convenience in Avila Beach

Take a Short Walk to the Sand and Pier From This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Townhome, 200 Yards to Beach. The vacation home has many amenities, sleeps 6, gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, large windows, gas fireplace, and 2 outdoor spaces.

This front end, corner unit has large sliding glass doors bringing in the beautiful sun and fresh sea air. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware and dishes. The living room has amazing vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV with Roku for streaming, gas fireplace and American Leather queen-size sofa sleeper. Additional twin American Leather sofa sleeper in the living room. American Leather sleeper sofas are known as "the world's most comfortable sofa sleeper". All linens for the sofa sleepers are provided. Dining table seats 6 with two additional seats at the bar. Primary bedroom has a king bed and daybed (great for a child to sleep on), flat screen TV equipped with a Roku for streaming, games and puzzles, and a small garden patio. The Second bedroom has a queen bed, and is bright and airy with lots of windows. Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in the spacious primary bathroom. Upstairs bathroom has a regular tub/shower combo. Coastal-themed fine art throughout adds to your vacation enjoyment. The townhome comes with a full-size washer and dryer, vacuum, and additional fans. Sneak a peek of the ocean off the upstairs deck, located adjacent to main living area and equipped with a propane BBQ grill.

Incredible Stay

Avila beach is a great location to feel like a quiet beach getaway but still close enough to plenety of restaurants and actives. The property was close to the beach were we could esliy stroll the boardwalk which was a great way to start our day and end it. The acommadations were perfect and quiet for our needs, beds were super comfy and overall a quality place to stay, plus host was super responsive. We will be back!

Wonderful stay in beloved Avila Beach

The town house was just a block away from the hotel we had stayed at many times when our daughters were little. Now that they are older we needed more space, and this was the perfect place for us. Lots of sleeping areas, walking distance to turf beach and shops, clean, modern, private… we loved it.

Avila Beach getaway

Property is perfectly located for all! 2 blocks from the beach in a very safe area. Kids enjoyed being so close to the beach, teenagers could be on their own and moms loved the views, shops and restaurants. I would come back in a heartbeat!

It was a comfortable place to stay, close to the beach. Bring your own beach towels, they don't offer any. Check in was easy. Property management company wasn't the best to deal with outside of check in and check out.

Great location and nice property

Overall very happy with property. Needs some maintenance (some windows won't stay open or open at all, screens ripped, blinds don't work properly)...those were minor issues and really enjoyed the town and location of the property.
