"The check-in was terrible. A guest joined our trip at the very last minute and we arrived earlier than expected, but within the time frame set for check-in, to discuss our options. The person in charge was not available and the only option that we were offered increased the price by 70% just for one more person (four people instead of three, as originally booked). I sent a message after that sharong my discomfort, still no reply."

"Perfect location right next to Cabriolet ski lift down to Arc 1950 or very easy to ski direct to other ski lifts. Ski school pick ups very convenient. Spacious and well equipped apartments, with lovely views particularly on the West and South West/East side. The pool, sauna, steam and fitness room were great, especially if you avoided the busy period at the end of the day. "

"Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! The property is an easy walk to the main street of Chamonix (lots of restaurants and shopping) as well as a short bus ride to the gondola for skiing. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"The property was just fantastic! Amazing location with great views, located just outside Aguile du Midi cable car within a walkable distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The reception staff were just fab, very helpful, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you. Our apartment was spotless, well equipped, spacious and very comfortable.
