The top level of this home offers a king master suite, great room with kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating from which to enjoy the home theater system complete with TV, DVD and surround sound. You will delight in epicurean journeys and daily feasting in the ceramic tiled kitchen and dining area. Everyone will enjoy their own flat screen TV/DVD combo in most bedrooms. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
