The facilities are all top notch but what really made the stay great is the staff. They were always very helpful above and beyond what was required. One of the housekeepers kept my 2 year old daughter from bolting out of the elevator as I'm standing there 7 months pregnant, arms full, unable to stop her. Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, a beautiful hotel, friendly lovely staff. The front desk staff upgraded our room to slope side , which was nice, although it was off season and so very few guests. The spa staff were helpful and professional too, we spent time in the hair salon and spa and it was very relaxing. The hair dresser was excellent and did beautiful hair cuts. This was our first time and Beaver Creek. We made last minute reservations at the Beaver Creek Lodge not knowing what to expect or exactly where is was located in relation to the lifts and village. We thought it was perfect, not too big, the staff was very friendly and the vibe was low key. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Pros: Across the street from Golden Peak lift. Short walk into Vail Village. Great breakfast!!!! I enjoyed the fireplace inside the room. Cons: Parking. The underground parking spaces are limited for $40/day, and I had to circle around 3 times. Then I waited 45 minutes to see if anyone would leave to find a spot.
