"This is a great property for those looking for an OBX property that isn’t ginormous. Definitely an updated older beach home, with nice updated decor. Under-house entertaining and game room were nice features. Host is highly attentive. The property is next to a somewhat busy road on one side, but that also allowed for easy access to walking trails. Beach was a very short walk and didn’t involve crossing any roads. We had a great time. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Surfside Playhouse. The layout of the home worked great for our group with the three level’s of living area. The deck’s and view were spectacular! The deck layout was nice and amenity. The kitchen was extremely stocked and organized!!! Our host Daniel & Ronda were very responsive with any questions we had. "
