"We loved our stay at this property! It was exactly as advertised on this listing. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed each morning and evening on the top deck listening to the ocean, watching the sunrise, and looking at the stars. If you are someone who likes to travel with your dog, this property is great! Each deck has a gate, and they even have a built in gate at the top of the stairs inside the home which was awesome. "This home was amazing. The location was perfect, close to the beach, off the beaten path, but an easy drive to Hatteras, or Nags head. "

"The cottage was nice with great access to the beach. The elevator was a great feature for my senior companions. However there was an extreme amount of bird excrement from small birds perching under the roof on the deck. The pool looked clean but the weather was cool and we did not swim. The code I was emailed did not unlock the door but was remedied with a call to the management company. The view from the dining table is wonderful.The grounds are well maintained. "
